Hand-made chocolates are a delight to make and give as presents to yourself or others. This is a class for chocolate lover’s men and women, young and old.
This is a hands on class where chef will guide you through the mind-field of Melting and Tempering different types of chocolate from how high in temperature to take the cocoa then how low to cool it and of course you will get to taste everything you make.
Learning all about the history of cocoa and a taste test on a whole range from 100% Cocoa right the way through the spectrum, will be enjoyable.
Chocolate truffles, solid chocolate, dipped chocolates, chocolate ganache, are but a few sweet confectioneries that you will make in our easy to understand chocolate class.
Once all of your hand made chocolates are ready we will then help you gift wrap all of them to take away with you.
