Baking Madness!

Baking madness is everything to do with fun whilst baking, we take cakes that are well known and loved, then turn them into something new, we add twists and new ingredients.

Lots of cooks like to experiment and many past students have talked about how someone they know can just knock up a cake unlike no other with all the confidence in the world, and not measuring a single ingredient, most go on to say that it would be great, NO fantastic if they themselves could go on to grow the same ability.

In the class we talk about the foundations of which you can then build on and make any cake your own.

You will be inspired to bake more and also encouraged to take calculated risks with new ingredients.

This is a fun class that is packed with lots of entertainment and very enjoyable, you will learn lots of tips working alongside our chef, who will be able to guide you through the minefield of sugar, eggs and flour!

At the last minute I attended a Baking madness class. I really enjoyed it as I enjoy cooking, and the food that I took home soon got eaten. I learnt some new techniques and I will be making the dishes again.

Amy cooked a delicious fish lunch, and the dessert (Theatre Cake), tart (Apple and Christmas pudding crumble Tart) and bread (Apricot Couronne Bread) we made I took home and it lasted approximately 48 hours.
