5th November 2019Last night a group of us had the pleasure of experiencing ‘The Chefs Table’. An 8 course meal that blew us away. Each course was absolutely stunning, I think my... read more taste buds were in shock! Just the most beautifully presented and Michelin standard food!! At flavours you also get more than just 5* food- it’s an experience. Des was a fantastic chef, interactive, funny, explained each course, for some of us up to have a go ourselves - he just made the night! Along with Amy and Grace - what a fantastic team. I couldn’t recommend Flavours enough!! We are looking forward to returning for a cooking class or another chefs table. Thanks Chef Des, Amy and Grace.

From the minute you arrive and are offered refreshments the... read more atmosphere is very friendly. The organisation of the class is wonderful. The ingredients and equipment are there in front of you. Des is a great teacher who explains everything really simply and demonstrates the cooking techniques required. There is even someone to do the washing up so you spend the entire time actually cooking. Lunch is provided. A brilliant way to spend a day. This class had the added bonus that we made so much that we had enough to give as Christmas presents!

What a great day! Greeted with tea/coffee/juice and Danish pastries. Then Des (The Chef) led us through the pleasure of making 4 flavours of chutney along with many many funny... read more and interesting anecdotes. Then there was also a cold buffet lunch supplemented by our own pickles. All our produce was jarred up and labelled providing some excellent Christmas presents. A really enjoyable day spent with Des and 5 other lovely people. I'll do it again.

Amy greets you and puts... read more you straight at ease. Chef Des introduces himself and immediately you'd like him to be a friend you see every weekend. No matter whether you'd like Chef to cook for you? Or you would like to cook for Chef? It's an excellent cookery experience you must do yourself; and/or buy for a good friend or loved one.

My partner and I have done the Sushi masterclass and Curry Friday with Des. We have had a great time and come back with so much food!
Amy, Des... read more and their team are most welcoming! Our recipes are sent to us at the end of the course and are easy to read, we will definitely be using our skills for dinner party’s now!
Highly recommend a single class with friends our partner, great fun and hands on!

28th February 2020We visited flavours with a group of friends this week open to a table of 12 once a month and there’s only your table there. Did not know what... read more to expect for £65 per head and you take your own wine, but my what an experience we had, Des cooked a 8 taster courses for us, we had fun of someone doing a cocktail it was so entertaining all night until late. We could have spent that much money at a local restaurant and been home by 10pm can’t wait to do it again. Thank you Des and your lovely wife.
