Intermediate - Level Two

This six-week cookery club builds on basic skills and techniques, with each of the sessions providing you with a good foundation of food knowledge. The aim is to help intermediate cooks understand moderate to difficult recipes, so that you learn how to produce and present dishes of very good quality.

We recommend this club to cooks that have an understanding of the fundamentals of cookery and feel they have a good framework.

The environment is relaxed making your learning experience more enjoyable, so call or email for more information.

The classes run weekly starting at 6.30pm till 9.00pm (Please check dates). If you are interested please join our waiting list as availability is very limited, and courses start dates are every 6 weeks.

Once we've added you to our waiting list you will then receive a 4 week notification telling you when there is a free space.

Class Overview

Six 2.5 hour classes
Over 30 recipes
Cook moderate dishes with chef guiding you
Work on your plate presentation
Learn new skills, such as knife skill training, stove top cooking
Cover a wide range of foods sweet and savoury
Be introduced to new ingredients and spices
Learn new methods of cookery
Take home your delicious food after each class

There is NO washing up as Flavours provides a kitchen porter for each class.

Exhibit Your Work
On the final session you will create a three course meal.

This will highlight and demonstrate the skills you have learned during the course giving you a great sense of achievement.

You will also be awarded a Flavours Certificate!

All the dishes you create within this 'hands-on' class you’ll get to take home. All ingredients, take-away containers, aprons, equipment and refreshments throughout are provided by us.
