Not everyone likes cooking but it’s defiantly made more enjoyable if you know and understand the fundamentals, we have all levels of cooks attend our class and cookery clubs, with many returning time after time seeking trustworthy information.
Guest chefs from in and around Dorset teach specific classes according to their specialist fields and demonstrate techniques, ingredients used in the industry today and work with you to create amazing dishes.

I attended the art of fish fileting course last week and walked away having learnt how to gut, fillet and cook 4 different types of sustainable fish. My fear of the unknown has now completely disappeared and I truly feel like I have acquired some new life skills that I will now be able to put to regular good use (as a huge fish lover). As always I thoroughly enjoyed the class, the atmosphere and banter makes you feel so at home and I can’t wait to attend the Basic Dough Artisan Bread Making class next week!!!

I am in awe of what we achieved in one evening! Thank you for the thoughtful extra touches to make the Thai experience authentic for example the Thai beer and spice lesson and of course the special Thai desserts. Really enjoyed the Italian cookery course and would highly recommend it. We cooked four delicious dishes over the course of the morning. All dishes I would definitely make again. Everyone at flavours was friendly and helpful and Des was a very good teacher. Hello I would like to say what a fantastic experience the Thai cookery school was yesterday. Des you were fab and whilst being enthused and fun, you absolutely nail the serious side to it - keeping everyone in line, to time and focussed! I will most definitely be doing another course and can't recommend you enough. Hard work and endeavour reaps rewards, you have created something very special. There is no I in team and you have a great one. So looking forward to our chef's table on the 16 September! To be fore-warned is to be fore-armed!!!

Harvey and Isabelle loved it! The best thing was making the pizza and making new friends. They both enjoyed Des' dancing too! Both kids can't wait to come back in the summer holiday for the Choccy Woccy Do Dah day! Thanks for looking after them and for making it such fun!
