Really worthwhile and an all round lovely experience. Not only did I learn a lot and bring home some truly scrumptious food (and recipes), I also had a terrific time. The atmosphere is really relaxed, Des and Amy couldn't be nicer and more generous with their knowledge, and everyone was great company and a pleasure to meet. In fact, I enjoyed it so much I booked straight up for a second day!

I would like to say how much I enjoyed yesterday evening. Learning in such a relaxed ( even if I wasn't) friendly atmosphere was great. Des is brilliant. I did check the fingers on his left hand as he chopped and sliced at speed; what skill. Having the team clear away as you go is wonderful. The Mexican pizzas were eaten later, I loved them but too hot for some. I've never seen tiramisu disappear so fast. We are looking forward to the fish this evening. Great recipes. Great tuition. Great team.

Graduated to a class twice the length of the one tried a month ago - Chinese buffet. Wow - every bit as well organized , learned lots of new things and

Am a big fan of cookery classes, and this was my first experience of Flavours. Cannot praise them enough for the way this was organized and run - smoothly, professionally and with fantastic attention to detail. From the moment one arrives to be greeted by lovely refreshments, to the time one leaves when they have carefully packed up the food one makes, the experience is enjoyable and energizing. Previously did a long course in Italy to learn how to make pasta, and came away feeling hesitant about trying. I achieved more after 2.5 hours at Flavours - with each step carefully explained, loads of encouragement and hand on experience. One of the best classes ever attended. Many thanks.

I bought the session for my son, who is a good cook thanks to his mum ..... He thoroughly enjoyed the class and tried things he's never attempted before, like making pasta and bread. He was so pleased with the results he's going to get a pasta machine and make his own as it was so easy. He definitely wants to attend for another session at some time.
I found booking easy and straightforward and I thought the class was good value, especially as you get to take the food home. Something that doesn't happen in other cookery classes. I would definitely recommend to others.
