Am a big fan of cookery classes, and this was my first experience of Flavours. Cannot praise them enough for the way this was organised and run - smoothly, professionally and with fantastic attention to detail. From the moment one arrives to be greeted by lovely refreshments, to the time one leaves when they have carefully packed up the food one makes, the experience is enjoyable and energising. Previously did a long course in Italy to learn how to make pasta, and came away feeling hesitant about trying. I achieved more after 2.5 hours at Flavours - with each step carefully explained, loads of encouragement and hand on experience. One of the best classes ever attended. Many thanks.
