Hand-made chocolates are fabulous to make and give as presents to yourself or others.

This class is a chocolate lover's delight!

This is a hands-on class where chef will guide you through the minefield of melting and tempering different types of chocolate.  You will learn how to take the cocoa to the highest temperature and then how to cool it to make the perfect chocolate treats.

The class incorporates a journey through the history of cocoa and a taste test on a whole range from 100% Cocoa right the way through the spectrum.

Chocolate truffles, solid chocolate, dipped chocolates, chocolate ganache are some of the sweet confectioneries that you will make in our easy to follow chocolate class.

Once all of your hand made chocolates are ready we will then help you gift wrap all of them to take away with you.


All the dishes you create within this 'hands-on' class you’ll get to take home. All ingredients, take-away containers, aprons, equipment and refreshments throughout are provided by us.
