Curry Curry

This popular class covers 3 Curries from 3 Countries in one session!

There is a misconception about curry which is that it must be hot, but a curry is so much more than just a single element. Curries vary with spice combinations, colours and taste.

In our Curry Curry class we will use unique combination of spices to create each individual curry. The varying degrees of heat will be based on different chillies, Caribbean Fresh Scotch Bonnet, Thai Birds Eye Chillies, Indian Chilli Pepper. Quantities and timing are everything – our experienced chef will show you step by step how to create the magic.

This is a fast fun-packed class with so many ingredients to taste, and flavours from around the world - Thailand, Jamaica and India.

Each Curry has its own authentic ingredients that we use from their respective countries. Our friendly chef will advise you of the best places to purchase your ingredients.

You don’t have to have an understanding of curries to attend this class just a love for them. The dishes you prepare will each be tasted by chef to ensure the balance of fine spices, herbs and seasoning are just right.

What to expect:

All our classes take a hands-on approach to cooking, and you’ll be learning recipes from scratch. Our friendly chef will teach you all the tricks of the trade, starting with a fun and informative demonstration. After that, it’s over to you! You’ll be able to taste your food throughout the cooking process and season your plate to your liking. Throughout the evening chef will invite you to sample their food.
