French Cuisine

French cuisine is a unique, cultural experience that melds flavourful, seasonal foods with beauty, leisure, and precise preparation. Making and savouring French food is an art that might take a lifetime to master yet requires, that time stands still to appreciate its splendour.

Sign up to our French cuisine class, explore French cookery at it’s finest and consider it an art, a tradition, and a way of life.

French food and cooking are generally considered the backbone and underpinning of many cuisines across the Western world. The influence and recognition of classical French cooking techniques are legendary. This status is precisely why French cuisine can be intimidating for a beginner to learn to prepare in their own kitchen.

But don’t worry! Our friendly chefs will support you, taking some of the mystique and complexity out of the classical techniques.

This class allows you to create traditional dishes within our kitchen, giving you a good starting block for your classical culinary repertoire.

What to expect:

All our classes take a hands-on approach to cooking, and you’ll be learning recipes from scratch. Our friendly chef will teach you all the tricks of the trade, starting with a fun and informative demonstration. After that, it’s over to you! You’ll be able to taste your food throughout the cooking process and season your plate to your liking. Throughout the evening chef will invite you to sample their food.
