We all want to hold that party that everyone talks about because the spread was sensational.  Let our Flavours chefs take the pressure off and give you some mouth-watering canapes that will have your guests talking about your gathering for weeks. 

This class is designed to inspire and equip you with the knowledge to confidently create a stunning selection of four savoury canapes.

*In this class you will learn the principles of forming canapes based on four elements: 

  • Base
  • Spread
  • Filling
  • topping 

Our chefs will guild you through four types of savoury canape based on poultry, fish, meat and vegetables. You can expect to learn the finer chef techniques of creating and finishing in this class!

What to expect:

All our classes take a hands-on approach to cooking, and you’ll be learning recipes from scratch. Our friendly chef will teach you all the tricks of the trade, starting with a fun and informative demonstration. After that, it’s over to you! You’ll be able to taste your food throughout the cooking process and season your plate to your liking. Throughout the evening chef will invite you to sample their food.

  • Parmesan gougers, paprika dust
  • Mushroom arancini, soused fennel and hazelnut
  • Sweet potato fondant quince with blue
  • Black sesame, scallops and pea
