PLANT BASED COOKING
There are many good reasons for choosing to eat more plant-based food. Almost everyone is aware of the need to eat less cholesterol and saturated fats, many worry about chemicals in modern meats. Lots of people are concerned about the climate and sustainability, whilst others have an issue with modern meat and dairy factory farming.
But adopting a plant-based diet is not as simple as cutting animal products from your current diet. It is essential to ensure that your new diet is providing your body with all the nutrients that it needs to function properly.
Our plant-based class will teach you how to enjoy the nutritional benefits of a plant-based diet and maintain a healthy body. You will learn which ingredients can nourish your body, increase your energy levels, and keep you fully satisfied, throughout the day.
Learn to cook a wide range of simple, healthy dishes using fresh and readily available ingredients. Discover the nutritional benefits of particular herbs and spices. Understand the importance of certain nutrient groups to strengthen your immune system.
What to expect:
All our classes take a hands-on approach to cooking, and you’ll be learning recipes from scratch.
